تطبيق نجم هو تطبيق لإدارة حسابات وأنشطة التجار والمقاولين وأصحاب الورش (عملاء، عروض أسعار، فواتير، مصروفات، موردين). خصوصيتك وبيانات نشاطك التجاري مهمة لينا، وسياسة الخصوصية دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها، ليه، وإزاي بنحافظ عليها.
لما تختار "إضافة عميل من جهات الاتصال"، بيطلب منك التطبيق إذن قراءة جهات الاتصال (قراءة فقط، ومرة واحدة وقت الاستخدام) عشان يساعدك تختار اسم ورقم تليفون من قائمة جهات الاتصال بتاعتك بدل ما تكتبهم يدويًا. التطبيق مبيقراش أو مبيخزنش دفتر جهات الاتصال بالكامل — بس البيانات اللي إنت تختارها بنفسك بتتحفظ كعميل جديد.
التطبيق مش بيجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (Location)، ومش بيوصل لكاميرا جهازك مباشرة (اختيار شعار النشاط بيتم من معرض الصور بس).
بنستخدم شركات موثوقة لتشغيل التطبيق، وكل واحدة منهم بتوصلها البيانات اللازمة لوظيفتها بس:

إحنا مبنبيعش بياناتك لأي طرف تالت، ومبنستخدمهاش للإعلانات.
بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك نشط. لو عايز تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة بيه (نشاطك، عملاءك، فواتيرك، مصروفاتك)، ابعتلنا طلب على الإيميل تحت وهنتعامل معاه خلال مدة معقولة.
تقدر في أي وقت تطلب منّا: الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها، أو حذفها بالكامل — تواصل معانا على الإيميل تحت.
بياناتك بتتنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) بين التطبيق والسيرفرات، وكلمة المرور بتاعتك بتتخزن بشكل مشفّر ومحدش شايفها حتى إحنا. قاعدة البيانات محمية بقواعد وصول (Row Level Security) بتضمن إن كل تاجر يشوف بياناته هو بس.
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب الأنشطة التجارية البالغين، ومش موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، ومش بنجمع بيانات عن قصد من أطفال.
ممكن نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية دي من وقت للتاني. أي تعديل جوهري هنعلمك بيه داخل التطبيق أو عن طريق تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة.

Najm is a business management app for merchants, contractors, and small business owners (customers, quotes, invoices, expenses, suppliers). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you choose "Add customer from contacts," the app requests read-only, one-time access to your device contacts so you can pick a name and phone number instead of typing them manually. The app does not read or store your entire address book — only the contact you select is saved as a new customer.
The app does not collect location data and does not access your camera directly (the logo picker only reads from your photo gallery).

We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
We retain your data while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data (business, customers, invoices, expenses), email us at the address below and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), your password is stored hashed, and our database uses Row Level Security so each business can only access its own data.
Najm is intended for adult business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and communicated in-app where appropriate.
